DS GK Coaching provides goalkeeper coaching, online learning resources and individual development activities.
DS GK Coaching is owned and operated by David Scarth, 70 Deansloch Terrace, Aberdeen. AB16 5SQ.
We take the privacy and safeguarding of our goalkeepers and their families seriously.

Depending on the services used, we may collect:
Parent or guardian names, email addresses and contact details.
Goalkeeper names, ages or dates of birth.
Membership and subscription information.
A child's email address where individual access has been authorised by their parent or guardian.
Completed learning activities, development assessments, personal goals and coaching feedback.
Communications and enquiries relating to our services.
For in-person coaching, we may also need relevant emergency contact and health information to help deliver sessions safely.

We process information only where we have an appropriate lawful basis under UK data protection law. Additional protections apply to sensitive information.
All online memberships for goalkeepers under 18 must be registered, purchased and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians retain access to their child's learning resources and development information.
A child may receive individual Player Hub access only where their parent or guardian has expressly authorised this and supplied the child's email address.
Parents can withdraw permission for their child's individual access by contacting DS GK Coaching.
Development information will be accessible only to appropriately authorised individuals, including the goalkeeper, their parent or guardian and relevant DS GK coaching personnel.
Online subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
DS GK Coaching does not ask customers to provide payment card details through its registration forms.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy arrangements.
We use services including Google and Stripe to help operate our website, communications, learning resources and payments.
Personal information may be processed by these providers in accordance with their applicable data protection arrangements. Where information is transferred internationally, appropriate legal safeguards must apply.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and restrict access to those who need it for legitimate coaching or administrative purposes.
Individual development records are not intended to be publicly accessible or shared with other families.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable legal, accounting and safeguarding obligations.
Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing or request data portability.
