For goalkeepers under 18, cancellation must be requested by the parent or legal guardian responsible for the membership.
Customers retain their rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we will honour it. Any request for immediate access to digital content, and any effect that has on cancellation rights, will be explained and handled in accordance with applicable law.
Customers who experience problems accessing purchased resources should contact david@dsgk.co.uk so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Membership access is intended for the registered household and authorised goalkeeper.
Members must not sell, redistribute or publicly share restricted learning resources, account credentials or subscription access.
DS GK Coaching may restrict access where there is misuse, a safeguarding concern or a serious breach of these terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Participants should choose activities appropriate to their age, ability, experience and physical condition.
Parents and guardians should provide appropriate supervision, particularly for younger goalkeepers.
Activities must be undertaken in a safe environment using suitable equipment.

Where development tracking is available, goalkeepers may record completed challenges, personal reflections and progress assessments.
Authorised parents or guardians may review their child's development information.
Progress assessments and coaching feedback are intended to support learning and do not guarantee selection, performance improvement or future sporting achievement.
